# BlackSun Net vs Rootflux

The clearest difference is rating: BlackSun Net at 5.0 against Rootflux's 4.4. BlackSun Net also leads on ads (none vs shown). Rootflux's advantage is update cadence (every 3 days vs monthly) and ratings volume (78 vs 3). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. BlackSun Net sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and Rootflux sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

BlackSun Net holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Rootflux has 78 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.

BlackSun Net ships an update monthly, Rootflux every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
