# Affirmation Lock vs Sentence

The clearest difference is update cadence: Affirmation Lock at every 4 days against Sentence's every 8 days. Sentence's advantage is iOS requirement (18.0 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Affirmation Lock sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and Sentence sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
