# ThemeKit vs Divan

The clearest difference is ratings volume: ThemeKit at 1.3K against Divan's 4. ThemeKit also leads on update cadence (every 2 days vs every 4 days) and iOS requirement (16.0 vs 18). Divan's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.7). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ThemeKit sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days and Divan sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Divan holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ThemeKit has 1.3K ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two.

ThemeKit ships an update every 2 days, Divan every 4 days. Both last shipped on October 31, 2026.
