# Dual Camera vs Double Camera

The clearest difference is update cadence: Double Camera at every 2 days against Dual Camera's every 10 days. Double Camera also leads on iOS requirement (16.0 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Dual Camera sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days and Double Camera sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Dual Camera ships an update every 10 days, Double Camera every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on November 5, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
