# Lorrie vs SideQuest

The clearest difference is ads: Lorrie at none against SideQuest's shown. Lorrie also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). SideQuest's advantage is update cadence (daily vs every 11 days) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, rating, review sentiment and ratings volume there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Lorrie sells 2 one-off in-app purchases and SideQuest sells 4 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Lorrie against 5.0 for SideQuest. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 4 and 5 respectively. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.

Lorrie ships an update every 11 days, SideQuest daily. The most recent releases landed on September 23, 2026 and September 30, 2026 respectively.
