# Connections~ vs Flow Connect

The clearest difference is update cadence: Connections~ at every 4 days against Flow Connect's every 5 weeks. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Connections~ sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and Flow Connect sells 4 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Connections~ ships an update every 4 days, Flow Connect every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 31, 2026 and November 6, 2026 respectively.
