# OopsPlayer vs Riveo

The clearest difference is ads: Riveo at none against OopsPlayer's shown. OopsPlayer's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs fortnightly) and iOS requirement (18.0 vs 26.0). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. OopsPlayer sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and Riveo sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.49 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

OopsPlayer ships an update weekly, Riveo fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
