# MotivoSteps vs PedometerAI

The clearest difference is update cadence: PedometerAI at daily against MotivoSteps's weekly. PedometerAI also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MotivoSteps sells 5 one-off in-app purchases and PedometerAI sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

MotivoSteps ships an update weekly, PedometerAI daily. Both last shipped on October 31, 2026.
