# Regular vs Nous

The clearest difference is update cadence: Regular at every 2 weeks against Nous's monthly. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Regular sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $12.99 per month and Nous sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Regular ships an update every 2 weeks, Nous monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
