# Understudy vs タスクラ！

The clearest difference is update cadence: タスクラ！ at every 2 days against Understudy's monthly. Understudy's advantage is iOS requirement (14.0 vs 18.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Understudy sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and タスクラ！ sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Understudy ships an update monthly, タスクラ！ every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
