# RotStop vs Brainrot

The clearest difference is rating: RotStop at 4.8 against Brainrot's 2.0. RotStop also leads on update cadence (every 3 days vs every 11 days) and ratings volume (9 vs 1). Brainrot's advantage is monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. RotStop sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days and Brainrot sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

RotStop holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 2.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: RotStop has 9 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

RotStop ships an update every 3 days, Brainrot every 11 days. The most recent releases landed on October 31, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
