# HyperCube vs Task&Log

The clearest difference is update cadence: HyperCube at every 5 days against Task&Log's every 2 weeks. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. HyperCube sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and Task&Log sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

HyperCube ships an update every 5 days, Task&Log every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on September 26, 2026 and October 1, 2026 respectively.
