# SNPlayer vs Eiyo IPTV

The clearest difference is update cadence: SNPlayer at weekly against Eiyo IPTV's every 3 weeks. SNPlayer also leads on ratings volume (6 vs 1). Eiyo IPTV's advantage is iOS requirement (18.2 vs 26.0). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SNPlayer sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Eiyo IPTV sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for SNPlayer against 5.0 for Eiyo IPTV. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: SNPlayer has 6 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

SNPlayer ships an update weekly, Eiyo IPTV every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 9, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
