# FitQuest vs Pulse

The clearest difference is update cadence: FitQuest at every 2 days against Pulse's every 3 weeks. FitQuest also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. FitQuest sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Pulse sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $5.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

FitQuest ships an update every 2 days, Pulse every 3 weeks. Both last shipped on October 25, 2026.
