# Last Extract vs OpenTyrian 2000

Last Extract and OpenTyrian 2000 both sit at 4.5 stars, but that hides the real split: 82% of OpenTyrian 2000's written reviews are positive against 25% of Last Extract's. OpenTyrian 2000 also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 17) and ads (none vs shown). Last Extract's advantage is price (Free vs $0.99) and ratings volume (14K vs 8). On rating, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Last Extract is free to download; OpenTyrian 2000 costs $0.99 up front. Last Extract sells 17 one-off in-app purchases. OpenTyrian 2000 asks for nothing beyond the download.

Last Extract holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Last Extract has 14K ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 25% of Last Extract's written reviews are positive against 82% of OpenTyrian 2000's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
