# Last Extract vs Bloom City

The clearest difference is rating: Last Extract at 4.5 against Bloom City's 4.0. Last Extract also leads on ratings volume (13K vs 2) and monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases). Bloom City's advantage is ads (none vs shown). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Last Extract sells 17 one-off in-app purchases and Bloom City sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
