# Wait vs AI ADHD Planner

The clearest difference is update cadence: AI ADHD Planner at every 3 days against Wait's every 2 months. Wait's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.5 vs 17.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Wait sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and AI ADHD Planner sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Wait ships an update every 2 months, AI ADHD Planner every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
