# Launchy vs Flyby

The clearest difference is update cadence: Flyby at every 8 days against Launchy's every 2 weeks. Launchy's advantage is iOS requirement (17.0 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Launchy sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month and Flyby sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Launchy ships an update every 2 weeks, Flyby every 8 days. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
