# EngTalk vs Code3000

The clearest difference is ads: Code3000 at none against EngTalk's shown. EngTalk's advantage is update cadence (every 2 days vs monthly) and iOS requirement (15.6 vs 26.0). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. EngTalk sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Code3000 sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
