# EngTalk vs Lexis词典

The clearest difference is ads: Lexis词典 at none against EngTalk's shown. Lexis词典 also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.6). EngTalk's advantage is update cadence (every 2 days vs fortnightly). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. EngTalk sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Lexis词典 sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

EngTalk ships an update every 2 days, Lexis词典 fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 5, 2026 and October 10, 2026 respectively.
