# Scanny vs QRElite

The clearest difference is update cadence: Scanny at every 3 days against QRElite's every 3 weeks. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Scanny sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days and QRElite sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Scanny ships an update every 3 days, QRElite every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 28, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
