# SpendYourHours vs Fixense

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: SpendYourHours at none against Fixense's 1. Fixense's advantage is update cadence (every 3 months vs every 6 months) and iOS requirement (18.6 vs 26.2). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Fixense sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. SpendYourHours asks for nothing beyond the download.

SpendYourHours ships an update every 6 months, Fixense every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
