FocusFlow

Finally, a focus app that gets ADHD. FocusFlow is a calm planner and focus timer built for ADHD brains. No streaks to break and no guilt. Just small steps, a friendly companion, and progress that never resets. MEET FLO Flo is your focus buddy. Start a session and Flo co-works quietly beside you, checks in gently, and keeps the next tiny step in view. It's body doubling, without needing another person in the room. BIG TASKS, MADE SMALL "Clean the apartment" is a wall. "Put on one song you like" is a start. FocusFlow breaks any task into tiny steps with time estimates and shows you exactly where to begin. PICK WHAT MATTERS TODAY Choose up to three things for today. Small and finished beats big and stuck. Not sure where to start? Get a suggestion that fits your energy. GET IT OUT OF YOUR HEAD Racing thoughts? Type everything into Brain dump, one thought per line. FocusFlow sorts it into urgent, to-dos, ideas for later, and feelings worth acknowledging, then adds the tasks you choose in one tap. STUCK? TALK IT THROUGH Tell Help me start what's in the way, in your own words. You'll get one tiny step you can take in the next two minutes, not a lecture. TIME YOU CAN ACTUALLY SEE The focus timer shows a dial that drains as time passes, so time feels real. Adjust it in five-minute steps, and see how long things really take compared with your guess. EVERY WIN COUNTS. STREAKS DON'T. You earn points for showing up and finishing things. Off days cost a little, never everything, and coming back earns a bonus. Watch your tree grow from Seedling to Sprout, Sapling and beyond. GENTLE REMINDERS Reminders tell you what's coming up, with Snooze and Mark done right on the notification. Turn on a daily check-in to pick your focus each morning. Repeat tasks daily, on weekdays, weekly or monthly. ALSO INSIDE โข An "I'm overwhelmed" button with a breathing exercise โข Ambient sounds: lo-fi, rain, forest, fireplace and ocean โข A prep-time calculator so you leave on time โข Focus history with planned vs. actual time โข Dark mode โข No ads and no account needed YOUR DATA Your tasks are stored on your device. When you use an AI helper (task breakdown, Brain dump sorting, suggestions or Help me start), only the text you send to it is processed on our server. FOCUSFLOW PLUS FocusFlow is free to use. The free plan includes one use of each AI helper per day and the lo-fi sound. FocusFlow Plus gives you unlimited Help me start, task breakdowns, Brain dump sorting and suggestions, plus every ambient sound. Choose a monthly or yearly plan. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm your purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Terms of Use: https://focusflow-xi-sand.vercel.app/terms Privacy Policy: https://focusflow-xi-sand.vercel.app/privacy
Crews

Crews is body doubling that doesn't stop at the timer. Join a live session, say what you're working on, and work next to people who show up at the same times you do. Camera on or off, voice or chat only. When the fifty minutes are up, the room doesn't empty out โ and neither does the crew you found in it. WHAT A SESSION IS A timed room with real people in it. Check in with what you're doing, focus together, check out with what you finished. The phases are marked, so a change of pace is something you feel rather than discover. โข Live video and mic, both optional โ a chat-only session is a real choice, not a fallback โข Session goals come from your own task list; tick one off and it posts as a win โข Observer seats: when the verbal seats are gone, slip in quietly and still work alongside familiar faces. Never a hard no. โข A short reflection at the end โ how the room felt, what helped โ that adds up into a picture of how you actually work CREWS, NOT STRANGERS This is the part that never got better anywhere else. You meet someone who makes your Tuesday work, and then you never see them again. โข Crews are groups that persist: chat, members, a schedule, pages worth reading โข The conversation outlives the timer โ crew chat between sessions, session chat open after it โข Regulars you recognize, follows, profiles, and a feed of what your people finished โข Boost a crew you're part of and the whole crew gets more: its own banner and color, more pages, more seats YOUR WORK, IN THE ROOM โข Projects and tasks that live where the sessions are, not in a second app โข Every list in one view, or one list at a time โ fold away what isn't today โข Unfinished work carries into the next session instead of quietly disappearing MUSIC AND PRESENCE โข Hear the room's music, with the level in your hands โ voices always come first โข A status your crew can see: what you're working on, what you're listening to, whether you're heads-down ON YOUR WRIST AND YOUR LOCK SCREEN โข Apple Watch: the timer, mute, and leave, without picking up your phone โข Live Activities: the session phase on your lock screen โข Minimize the app and the audio keeps running WHY IT EXISTS Crews came out of 15,000 hours spent inside body-doubling tools by someone who loved them and watched them stay frozen: the chat that died with the timer, the great co-worker you never saw again, the "room full" wall in front of a host worth showing up for. Free to join, with five sessions a month. Membership adds unlimited sessions, hosting your own, bigger task lists, and boosts to spend on your crews. Crews runs on the web and the Mac too, and your sessions, crews and tasks stay in sync wherever you sign in.
