# Calculus vs MathNotes

Both are free to download. Calculus sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and MathNotes sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Calculus ships an update weekly, MathNotes every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and September 24, 2026 respectively.
