# Pulse vs CD

The clearest difference is update cadence: CD at every 4 days against Pulse's every 3 weeks. CD also leads on device support (3 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Pulse sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and CD sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Pulse ships an update every 3 weeks, CD every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
