# Move vs vitae protocol

The clearest difference is rating: vitae protocol at 5.0 against Move's 4.3. vitae protocol also leads on ads (none vs shown). Move's advantage is ratings volume (6 vs 1) and device support (4 vs 1). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Move sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $20.00 per month and vitae protocol sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

vitae protocol holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Move has 6 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Move ships an update fortnightly, vitae protocol every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 5, 2026 respectively.
