Smart Mommy - a pregnancy and birth app, in Hebrew. Week by week pregnancy tracking, contraction timing that works from your home screen and lock screen, kick counting, a birth plan, hospital bag checklists, breathing exercises and workouts. Track on your own, with your partner, or with your doula. Contraction timer Tap the flower when a contraction starts, and again when it ends. The app calculates duration, frequency and intensity and shows a chart. Works offline too: anything logged on the way to the hospital syncs once you're back online. Contraction tracker for labor The timer measures how long each contraction lasts and the interval between contractions. Your contraction log is kept in a chart with a summary of the last hour, so you can see when they are getting closer. New: widget and lock screen A small widget with just the flower, and a large widget showing the week and a summary of the last hour's contractions. Start and end a contraction right from your home screen. During contractions, the timer also shows on your lock screen. My pregnancy The week and day of pregnancy, how many days are left, and the baby's size this week. Due date calculator Enter your last period or your estimated due date, and the app works out your pregnancy week, the day and your due date. The weeks update on their own every day. Pregnancy week by week Content for every week, from week 4 to week 42, written by a doula: what's developing, what you might be feeling, and what to ask. Kick counter A goal of 10 movements within half an hour, with your personal average. Birth plan and checklists An organized birth plan for the delivery room team, plus checklists for the hospital bag, the hospital and the baby. Preparing for birth Breathing for labor, pregnancy exercises and hospital bag checklists, so you arrive ready on the day. Tests and documents A map of pregnancy tests with your appointments, and one place for summaries and ultrasounds. My doula Have a doula? Enter her code, and she sees only what you choose to share. Don't have one? You can search for a doula by area and hospital. Partner You can invite your partner to their own app and choose what they see. After birth Track breastfeeding and diapers, first moments and recovery. Your breastfeeding log and baby tracker are kept from the first day after birth. Who it is for For every pregnant woman and every new mother: one pregnancy app in Hebrew for tracking your pregnancy, timing contractions in labor and tracking breastfeeding afterwards. Sign in with an email address and a code. No ads. The app content is in Hebrew. Smart Mommy is a personal tracking tool. It does not provide medical advice and does not replace professional medical care.
