About

FlowPocket

FlowPocket is a clipboard manager for iPad, iPhone and Mac: text, links, images and files you copy become cards, including content copied on your other Apple devices. It is made for people who read, write and collect project references across apps. Drag cards into other apps, double-tap to copy, or export selected cards as Markdown for your AI tool. SAVE IT AS YOU COPY Turn on auto-save and allow pasting, and whatever you copy becomes a card when you open FlowPocket. You can also tap Paste or drag content in. Star what matters, and add a title and a note to remember why a card is useful. Editing a title never renames the saved file. KEEP IT BESIDE YOUR WORK ON IPAD Open FlowPocket in a narrow Stage Manager or Split View window and the cards line up in one column next to the app you are working in. Copy, share, or drag a card straight into Notes, Mail, Files and other apps that accept it. COPY ON ONE DEVICE, SAVE ON ANOTHER With Apple's Universal Clipboard, copy on iPhone, iPad or Mac, then open FlowPocket on another device to save it. Devices need to be nearby, signed in to the same Apple Account, with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and Handoff on. Each device keeps its own cards; FlowPocket does not sync libraries. HAND A PACK TO YOUR AI TOOL (PRO / MAX) Export one card or a selection. Text and links become Markdown (.md); include original images and files to get a ZIP materials pack. Titles, notes, original filenames and optional sources and dates come along. Add a task such as Summarize key points, Compare materials or Organize action items, then give the pack to the AI tool you use. FlowPocket prepares everything on your device. It does not run AI, send anything automatically, or extract PDF text. Copy as Markdown is text only; export a ZIP to include attachments. QUESTIONS โ€ข Does FlowPocket record my clipboard in the background? No. iOS doesn't allow that. While FlowPocket is open, with auto-save on and paste access allowed, it saves what you copy. โ€ข Does it sync through iCloud? No. Universal Clipboard passes the copied content; each device saves its own cards. โ€ข What's free? Up to 8 cards. Pro (one-time purchase): unlimited cards, Markdown and ZIP export, 3 task presets and 1 custom template. Max adds unlimited templates, remembered export settings, and more colors and layouts. Prices vary by region. LOCAL BY DESIGN No account, no ads, no third-party analytics. Cards and templates stay on your device. Importing web images, purchases and restores, and sharing you start yourself connect to the relevant service or destination. 10 interface languages: English, Simplified and Traditional Chinese, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Japanese, Korean and Brazilian Portuguese. Optional interaction sounds. Requires iOS 26 or iPadOS 26 or later. Runs on Macs with M1 or later and macOS 26 or later as an iPad app.
