# Blocus vs Brainrot

The clearest difference is rating: Blocus at 4.5 against Brainrot's 2.0. Blocus also leads on ratings volume (226 vs 1) and update cadence (every 3 days vs every 11 days). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Blocus sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and Brainrot sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Blocus holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 2.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Blocus has 226 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Blocus ships an update every 3 days, Brainrot every 11 days. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
