# Tymo vs Notavo

The clearest difference is ads: Notavo at none against Tymo's shown. Notavo also leads on update cadence (daily vs every 2 weeks). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Tymo sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Notavo sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Tymo ships an update every 2 weeks, Notavo daily. The most recent releases landed on October 31, 2026 and October 29, 2026 respectively.
