# HeC vs S3Panel

The clearest difference is update cadence: S3Panel at every 2 days against HeC's every 5 days. S3Panel also leads on device support (4 vs 2) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.5). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. HeC sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and S3Panel sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

HeC ships an update every 5 days, S3Panel every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on November 7, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
