# iScript vs AI Script Writer

The clearest difference is ads: AI Script Writer at none against iScript's shown. iScript's advantage is update cadence (every 4 days vs fortnightly) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. iScript sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and AI Script Writer sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

iScript ships an update every 4 days, AI Script Writer fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 10, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
