# Cloudless Steps vs Stepado

The clearest difference is ads: Cloudless Steps at none against Stepado's shown. Stepado's advantage is update cadence (every 4 days vs every 4 weeks) and iOS requirement (17.0 vs 26.1). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Cloudless Steps sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Stepado sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Cloudless Steps ships an update every 4 weeks, Stepado every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and September 29, 2026 respectively.
