# NoteMagnet vs Sequence

The clearest difference is update cadence: Sequence at every 3 days against NoteMagnet's every 2 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. NoteMagnet sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $24.99 per year and Sequence sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

NoteMagnet ships an update every 2 months, Sequence every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 2, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
