# Live Rock vs LiveLog

The clearest difference is update cadence: LiveLog at every 2 days against Live Rock's every 6 days. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Live Rock sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and LiveLog sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Live Rock ships an update every 6 days, LiveLog every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 18, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
