# Focustown vs MonkOS

The clearest difference is ads: MonkOS at none against Focustown's shown. Focustown's advantage is update cadence (daily vs fortnightly) and chart position (#169 vs unranked). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Focustown sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and MonkOS sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
