# Leaf vs Storied

The clearest difference is ads: Storied at none against Leaf's shown. Leaf's advantage is update cadence (every 3 days vs every 2 weeks). On price, review sentiment, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Leaf sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Storied sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Leaf ships an update every 3 days, Storied every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
