# Sessionist vs Yore

The clearest difference is update cadence: Yore at every 8 days against Sessionist's every 3 weeks. Yore also leads on iOS requirement (16.4 vs 26.2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Sessionist sells 3 one-off in-app purchases and Yore sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Sessionist ships an update every 3 weeks, Yore every 8 days. The most recent releases landed on November 5, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
