# Walkpad Hero vs TextRizz

The clearest difference is ratings volume: TextRizz at 106 against Walkpad Hero's 1. TextRizz also leads on update cadence (every 4 days vs every 2 weeks) and iOS requirement (16.4 vs 18.0). Walkpad Hero's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.7). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Walkpad Hero sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $1.99 per month and TextRizz sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Walkpad Hero holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: TextRizz has 106 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.

Walkpad Hero ships an update every 2 weeks, TextRizz every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
