# PrimeFit vs MotionFlow

The clearest difference is ads: MotionFlow at none against PrimeFit's shown. MotionFlow also leads on update cadence (every 2 days vs every 8 months). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. PrimeFit sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and MotionFlow sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

PrimeFit ships an update every 8 months, MotionFlow every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
