# Focus Tracker vs Goldday

The clearest difference is update cadence: Focus Tracker at every 2 days against Goldday's every 2 months. Focus Tracker also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Focus Tracker sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $0.99 per 7 days and Goldday sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Focus Tracker ships an update every 2 days, Goldday every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
