# ClaviTTY vs Shellby

The clearest difference is update cadence: ClaviTTY at every 5 days against Shellby's every 11 days. Shellby's advantage is iOS requirement (17.0 vs 26.2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ClaviTTY sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and Shellby sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
