# squi vs Bambo

The clearest difference is ads: squi at none against Bambo's shown. Bambo's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 5 weeks) and iOS requirement (16.0 vs 18.6). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. squi sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and Bambo sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

squi ships an update every 5 weeks, Bambo weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
