# HoursTrackPro vs HourLog

The clearest difference is update cadence: HoursTrackPro at every 10 days against HourLog's every 6 months. HoursTrackPro also leads on device support (4 vs 2) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 18.6). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. HoursTrackPro sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $1.99 per month and HourLog sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

HoursTrackPro ships an update every 10 days, HourLog every 6 months. The most recent releases landed on September 30, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
