# Steadly vs Lucid

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Lucid at none against Steadly's 1. Lucid also leads on update cadence (every 3 days vs fortnightly). Steadly's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.0). On price and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Steadly sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Lucid asks for nothing beyond the download.

Steadly ships an update fortnightly, Lucid every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 10, 2026 and October 5, 2026 respectively.
