# Ritual vs Core1

The clearest difference is update cadence: Core1 at every 3 days against Ritual's weekly. Core1 also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Ritual ships an update weekly, Core1 every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 11, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
