# Tru vs NexQR

The clearest difference is update cadence: NexQR at every 4 days against Tru's weekly. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Tru sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and NexQR sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Tru ships an update weekly, NexQR every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 28, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
