# EverSteps vs GrindLog

The clearest difference is ads: EverSteps at none against GrindLog's shown. GrindLog's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 6 weeks) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.6). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. EverSteps sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days and GrindLog sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
