# FocusFlow vs Pace

The clearest difference is update cadence: FocusFlow at every 2 days against Pace's fortnightly. FocusFlow also leads on iOS requirement (17.0 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. FocusFlow sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and Pace sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

FocusFlow ships an update every 2 days, Pace fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 28, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
