# FocusFlow vs Proc

The clearest difference is monetization model: FocusFlow at free with in-app purchases against Proc's subscription. FocusFlow also leads on update cadence (every 2 days vs every 5 days). On price, rating, review sentiment and ratings volume there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. FocusFlow sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and Proc sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for FocusFlow against 5.0 for Proc. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 15 and 6 respectively. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.

FocusFlow ships an update every 2 days, Proc every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 31, 2026 and November 5, 2026 respectively.
